Add-Ons
Ecommerce functionality $495
We will set up ecommerce functionality for up to 5 products. We charge $45 per additional product, however during training we will show you how to set up additional products yourself. Depending on your business model, we may decide to build the store on the Shopify platform instead of Squarespace. Purchase of a Shopify template may be required.
Website Copywriting $150 per page
We will write the copy for your website. People do business with those who they know, like and trust. We will ensure your website copy explains who your business is, how you can help and why they should choose you over your competitors.
Blog Post Copywriting $250 per blog post
We will write a blog post for your website that creates intrigue and teaches your visitors something related to your business and services. We use tools to research common questions people ask Google to ensure your blog will be relevant within your market.
Unique & custom design
We custom-make our websites, meaning they are unique and tailored to your brand. We don’t use pre-made templates, unless you specifically ask us to.

We offer a 10% discount if you pay the full amount upfront. This payment must be received in order to lock in the project start date.

Before designing, we will give you 1-2 weeks to organise and send us the website content (including photos, videos, copywriting etc). Once the content has been received, we will design, build and launch your site fairly quickly.
The process usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your website. We can provide a rough timeline once we know more about your requirements.

We are confident that you’ll love our work, however if for whatever reason you are not satisfied during the design process, we will refund you the full amount paid by you, no questions asked. Note that once the final design has been approved by you, this does not apply. We also offer 2 rounds of major revisions and unlimited minor revisions during the design process.

Once the final payment has been made, we will hand over complete ownership of your new website to you.

Yes. Once the website has been handed over to you, you’ll be able to make updates and adjustments to your website quite easily. During our post-launch training we will show you how to use Squarespace (or Shopify) to make these changes.

Yes, all of our websites are responsive, meaning they are optimised for various screen sizes including mobile phones, laptops, tablets and desktop screens.

We use Squarespace for our clients websites because they offer a user-friendly interface, easy no-code website management, built-in hosting and expert customer support. For e-commerce websites we may recommend Shopify instead as it is the most popular platform for e-commerce businesses and is also user-friendly, has easy no-code website management and built-in hosting as well as great customer support.

In order to create your dream website, we need the website copy, content, logo files, and any other files and content you wish to include on your website.

It’s important to have a logo and brand for your business before designing a website as the website design is centred around your brand. We highly recommend engaging with a graphic designer or brand expert to establish a strong brand before contacting us for a website. We may be able to refer you to someone we trust.

Yes, we can set-up a new domain for your business if you do not have one already. This is an optional service included in all of our website packages. Note that the purchase of the domain is not included in our pricing.

We offer ecommerce functionality for your website as an add-on service and set-up up to 5 products. During training we will show you how to set up additional products yourself.

We may be able to assist with some functionalities that require coding, however if you’re looking for a heavily-custom coded website, we may not be the right fit. Reach out to us if you’re unsure.

Initial Consultation & Planning
During our virtual discovery call we will work together to understand your needs and create a plan to achieve your website goals. If we’re a good fit, we will request a 50% deposit to lock in a start-date for your project. We will then help you organise and send us the content for your website including copy, images, branding information and other files before the project start date.

Design & Revisions
Once we have received all that we need from you, we will begin planning and designing your website. We will request your input each step of the way to ensure we are heading in the right direction and that you are happy with the design as we progress. We offer 2 rounds of revisions during this process. We will also test the website to ensure a smooth user experience.

Launch & Training
Once you sign off on the final design and the final payment has been made, we will launch the website and hand it over so that you have complete ownership of the site. We will organise a 30 minute training session to teach you how to make minor updates yourself and manage your new website.
